Bucky wound his arms around Steve when they finished within seconds of each other and pulled him down to lay beside him properly, feeling the dampness of both of their bodies cool down slowly. It was-- peaceful. He hadn't felt like this for a long time and there was a smile on his lips as he pillowed his head on Steve's chest.

"Thanks, pal."

Maybe not the most romantic thing to say to someone after sleeping with them, but it's what came out all the same.

"You sure you've never done that before?"
