Even Bucky might strangle Steve if he knew that his new-- could he call him a boyfriend yet?-- his new friend with kissing benefits was helping with his rent. He just had a call from his landlady to say that she had made a mistake in the initial contract, and his rent was less than expected. He had no idea that Steve, who knew her from the length of time he had been living there, had called and explained the situation and was helping out.

He huffed, mock hurt written all over his face.
