There were a lot of times when Bucky found Tony's overeager application of his money to be an annoyance, but then there were times like this where it was a godsend. He still didn't want to get in a strange car with a discrete driver, but compared to getting a multitude of trains packed with strangers, this was by far the better option.

Bucky's response was mostly absent because he was already moving towards the car. Not to get in, he needed to check under the car and under the hood. He knew it was just the whisperings of paranoia, of past trauma, but he couldn't help it. He had to check for car bombs, and screw anyone who looked at him weirdly for doing it.
